The Sal Electric Company was founded in 1963 and has since become one of the premier NECA-IBEW electrical contracting firms in New Jersey. The Sal Electric Company has a wide range of capabilities and outstanding expertise in power and lighting distribution, motor controls, lightning protection, site work, high voltage work, fire and life safety systems, integrated security systems, building communications systems, clock systems, theatrical lighting and sound systems, structured cabling and fiber optics as well as state of the art voice-data-video. Sal Electric's partnership attitude with our clients and the dedication of our staff establishes lasting relationships with our customers. The average employee at Sal Electric brings 20 years experience each in a wide range of both high and low voltage systems. Philip Chianetta CEO/President personally serves as a member of the New Jersey State Industrial Safety Committee and board member of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee of IBEW Local Union # 164. Sal Electric maintains a DBC rating from the State of New Jersey Department of Treasury and is approved by the Economic Development Authority for public works projects. The Sal Electric Company is also a White Level certified Safety Contractor for NECA-IBEW-OSHA. Sal Electric is also the recipient of the IBEW Local Union #164 Business Manager's Award two years in a row. |
