QUALITY CONTROL The prime contract projects performed by Sal Electric Company are managed with the following team: On-site foreman, job specific project manager, shop superintendent and the president of Sal Electric Company. At least once per week, job specific meetings are conducted to review the progress of the project with the entire team. The construction schedule is reviewed and discussed. Any problems with other trades, our own crews or the day to day problems every job entails are discussed. The most cost effective solutions are always discussed. Safety concerns are always discussed and the enforcement of the Sal Electric Company Safety program. The job specific project manager will be the direct person involved with the project together with the on site foreman. Communication between both parties will be conducted daily. Both parties will be on the “same page” of the construction project with the same intended goal. Any materials or tools needed will be communicated to the office for immediate delivery. All tools will be in good working condition. Quality control of all tools will be maintained and enforced by the shop superintendent. All materials will be of high quality and new. Any subcontractors needed for this project will be those contractors who have performed similar work for Sal Electric Company in the past and have satisfactorily completed their work to the high quality standards of our company. All subcontractors will be required to provide proof of insurance and they will be required to abide by the Sal Electric Company safety plan. If an owner initiates change orders to allow Sal Electric Company the opportunity to perform additional work, our position would be to submit the most cost efficient and reasonable additional costs to satisfy the owner. It is our position to expedite the project as cost efficiently as possible without any disruption and interference with the owner.
